Medical Sales Representative     (Ref. MR)

Job Description

  • To present and promote the company’s products to specialists center clinics and pharmacies.
  • Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.
  • Service existing clients and expand territory by creating new accounts.
  • Increases sales and market share through effective territory management and sales execution.
  • Follows up with various pharmaceutical sales channels.
  • developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
  • Keeps detailed records of all contacts, which may involve database management.
  • regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
  • Adheres to all corporate compliance policies and guidelines.

Education: Bachelor of pharmacy, science, vet

 

Product Manager    (Ref. PM)

Job Description

  • Implementing strategies and plans by executing marketing plan activities per month.
  • Brand building for strategic products.
  • Preparing marketing action and business plans for the entitled products.
  • Providing support for field force through product knowledge training, major group meetings, scientific support.
  • Monitoring sales force scientific and marketing reports and market feedback through double visits and inquires.
  • Building relations with potential KOL’s (Key Opinion Leaders) in the entitled category.
  • Maintaining all information about operations, strategies and plans strictly confidential.
  • Making launching plan, and taking responsibility for coordination between related departments, ensuring fast launching of new products.
  • Using CRM and Sales force in order to monitor and analyze timely reports
  • Monitoring sales and growth and market share evolution through performing sales analysis on monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Education: B.Sc. of Pharmacy or higher diploma

Skills:

–       2-3 years of experience in the same position

–       Excellent communication skills

–       Excellent Coaching & Mentoring abilities

–       Management skills & executive perspectives
