One of the top Medical Supplies companies in Egypt and the sole agent for one of the top 20 multinational companies worldwide is urgently seeking for : Product Specialists – All Governorates
Role Summary/Purpose :
This role is responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for Spine Line products in an assigned territory, or in a list of named accounts or both.
As such he/she may be responsible to close the deals and coordinate the sales and technical activities in support of the deal. Additionally he/she provides formal technical and clinical support during the sales process
Essential Responsibilities
1. Accountable to achieve sales OP target for assigned accounts and/or territory.
2. Forecast orders and sales within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports for their products in their assigned territory/accounts.
3. Maintain the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned accounts and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers and maintain customer contact records in the relevant CRM tools.
4. Create territory/account plans including opportunity development, competitive strategies and targets.
5. Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop effective counter-strategies.
6. Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product/solution/services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.
7. Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/services.
6. Develop their understanding of the customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges.
8. Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using the company resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material to actively support the customer through their decision making process towards a successful outcome.
9. Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution and company.
10. Drive tender/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction assigned territory.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy , Dentistry , Medicine or Vet. with 2-4 years experience in the medical devices industry ( Previous experience in Spine Surgery will be an added value )
2. Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
3. Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
4. Strong capacity and drive to develop career
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
6. Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
7. Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
8. Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
9. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
10. Excellent organizational skills

12. Strong presentation skills
13. Able to travel
14. Valid motor vehicle license
