- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues Maximizing employment of resources for achieving sales target. Investigate lost sales and customer accounts Track, collate and interpret sales figures
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
Develop promotional ideas and material
Follow up on collection and reconciliation
- Coordinating and scheduling technical and training events.
- Keeping up to date information on products trends in the market
- Handling social networks works and promotions.
- Handling and coordinating questions from clients.
- Maintaining great support for clients.
- Promoting the various marketing activities which are set out by the company.
- Analysis and reports of performance, work and market.
- Handling assignments and projects from management.
- Having to get flexible with different working times and short notice appointments and travels.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: bachelor Degree or accredited/reputable Esthetics or cosmetology degree or program.
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite as well as the
- ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
- Western education is preferred.
- At least 1 year working in a related field.
- Experience and familiarity with hair clinics, spas and beauty salons in KSA.

- Ability to impose positive changes.
- Must be Good in written and spoken English.
- Must have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Must have great customer care and sales skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning
