Core Accountabilities
To meet or exceed targets (market share/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
· To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed surgeons and OR specialists centric activities
· To promote defined OR , Surgical . p and orthopaedic products through working closely with Surgeons to introduce the company product lines
· To assist in coaching of team including of ongoing coaching and counselling through regular field visits.
· To ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs.
· Effective administration of territory business including,
· Effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams e.g. Healthcare, Hospital, in order to understand, maximize and drive territory.
Minimum Requirements
• BS degree in BioMedical Engineering, Pharmacy or relevant fields.
• Fluent in English Writing, Reading and Speaking
• Proven, successful selling track record minimum 3-5 years in Medical device environment.
• Knowledge of Medical Device industry and its changing environment
• Demonstrable high achiever in same or other relevant fields
