Job Description

The job at this level is the link between the company and healthcare professionals, to increase the awareness and use of company products through the sales and marketing activities in the field.

Job holders promote a defined set of products to healthcare professionals and/or key accounts, by given guidelines, to meet shared sales & marketing targets with the help of resources provided, under the guidance of the concerned Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.
• Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.
• Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.
• Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all facilities in the assigned territory.
• Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the company’s products and the competitive products available in the market.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any related field.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Permanent residency in Mecca is a must.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Mecca area and its remotes is a must.
• Previous experience in infant nutrition is preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within remote areas
• Have a strong relationship with HCPs, chains, and stores in the assigned area.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driving license and car.
• Self-motivated, hard worker, team player.
