Requirements 

Leading R&D efforts of company from its inception to develop a range
of protein-based medical device products
• Building and implementing a detailed biochemical laboratory research
work plan to fulfill company’s research objectives
• Working to improve and expand company’s novel protein cross linking
formulation
• Developing prototypes for range of products based on company’s
technology
• Collaborating with medical professionals to run pre-clinical and clinical
testing of prototypes
• Managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams to develop several
products in parallel
• Hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies

Qualification 

3 years minum experiences in the same position relevant field with reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer
