(Tender Manager)

Main Responsibilities

-Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team

– Develop pricing strategies and effective sales & marketing campaigns.

– Negotiating tenders and direct purchasing opportunities with government’s, military, police,

private and educational institutions.

– Control the Bid & proposal cycle from start to completion, including any materials required to

be submitted to the customer.

– Have good relations with key persons to control decision making inside accounts.

– Conduct customer visits as needed to understand customer requirements.

– Development of the business case for each project, ensuring target profit rates is maintained.

– Develop and implement workflow and logistics processes.

– Work directly with distributors on order completion and delivery

Requirements & Skills

– Bachelor’s degree in  relevant field to the job.

– Practical experience -at least 5 years -in a similar position “Pharmaceutical Distribution and Tenders”

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Project Management Skills and People Leadership experience.

– Well-developed negotiation skills

– Interpersonal skills.

– Time management skills.

– Budgeting skills

– Willingness to travel
