Due to our expansion an international marketing agency is searching for male Team leader in both Central and Eastern area.

Job description & Key responsibilities

• Directs the implementation of goals, objectives, and procedures for the team in the assigned region.
• Supervise operations within the region including coaching, representative development, and performance management.
• Establish and maintains effective communications among all members of the team.
• Develops and implements our project objectives in the area.
• Works in the field with all members of the region to coach and counsel on the improvement of presentation skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful representative development.
• Effectively create and execute action plans for all related territories.
• Ensures actions of self and team are fully compliant.
• Ensure the delivery of the requested reports on time.
• Ensure the implementation of reporting system by the team members.
• Increase the communications with the KOLs in the whole territory.

Required Qualifications

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Education:

Any Medical background or even any high education bachelor degree.

A graduate of Business administration or Marketing diploma is a plus.

Experience:

• 1-2 years’ experience as a team leader in a reputable company.

Skills:

Leadership skills. Interpersonal and collaboration skills.  Confident, Enthusiastic and optimistic. Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business environment. Planning and organizing skills. Strong communication skills with fluency in English & Arabic.
