Primary task / Job Descriptions

District Manager’s primary task is to

* achieve sales quota according to Suecal Pharma policies and ethics,

* Recruiting, building, developing and managing teams.

* Creating inspiring and inclusive work culture.

Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

* Education: A University Degree in Pharmacy, medicine, science or veterinary medicine.

* Experience: At least two years in similar position.

* Competencies:

> Self-motivation, initiatively, independence, accountability, planning ability.

> Leadership skills and ability to manage people.

> Being familiar with distribution channels & sales activities in the area.

> Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques.

> Good command of English Language, presentation skills and Computer applications used within the organization.

> Problem solving skill,

> Impact & Influence.
