Job description
To achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within a defined territory. To achieve or exceed sales target within agreed time-scale. To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (Quantity & Quality) through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget. To promote defined Bonfire products according to campaign briefs and policies.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Implements territory sales plan in accordance with Country sales strategy and Manager Approval.
- Monitors territory’s sales performance and initiates, upon approval, corrective actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives and forecasted results.
- Provide feedback about market dynamics and competitor activities
- Performs effective territory management in relation to client targeting, and frequency
- Is fully aware of market/competitors activity as to identify territory business opportunities
- Handling Customer complaints and resolve it
- Submit Monthly plan and weekly reports commenting on deviations from Business Plan and intended actions to align performance with objective
- Achieve sales budget in the designated territory.
- Build sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and different stakeholders
- Maintain updated customer database
Academic Background & Professional Experience
- Territory Cairo
- University degree in Pharmaceutical science or Business Background
- Experienced candidates & fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:
- MS Office, e-mail
- Good command of English language
- Very good knowledge of the relevant terminology
- Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs/identifying and addressing customer concerns
