Stemming from that, we are currently seeking highly professional caliber to join as Sales Administrator based at the company’s HQ in Maadi-Cairo. Successful candidate will be reporting to the designated Business Unit Head.

• Designation: Sales Administrator
• Location: Maadi HQ
• Job Grade: S1/S3

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks and activities between HQ based functions and Sales Force
• Follow daily report submission and consolidate for meaningful conclusion
• Dispatch samples, promotional materials, brand reminders, etc to the outstation team across all governorates
• Monitor and report sales  analysis on agreed timely manner
• Receive monthly expenses report and deliver it to Finance for execution
• Collect hiring documents from new joiners as per the prevailing practice
• Handle requests of the Sales Force and inquiries from other functions

Requirements 

• Relevant  degree
• Experience of Pharmaceutical field
• Professional MS-Office literacy especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills both oral and writing
• Exemplary interpersonal skills
• Multiple tasks orientation
