Many of our products still in the pipeline.

Job Purpose: Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base; managing staff.

Regional Sales Manager Job Duties:  Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.  Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  Managers prepare monthly reports that provide sales figures to corporate leaders, as well as reports that forecast expected future sales. Managers develop sales strategies and prepare marketing budgets.  Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

Personal Traits: Regional sales managers must can take ownership of their position and demonstrate a commitment to success. They should work well independently and possess a high-energy level and competitive nature. A willingness to travel is often expected.

Education and Experience: it looks for regional sales managers who have a bachelor’s degree with medical background. Company expects managers to have five or more years of experience in pharmaceuticals and Cosmo medical sales and promotion management multiregional allover Egypt.
