Quality assurance manager

Overall responsibility for all Quality Assurance activities in the site.
• Evaluate, update and give direction to quality policies/strategies of the company.
• Report to higher management on all quality related issues.
• Be aware of current GMP/regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in line with company’s long-term strategies.
• Manage & control all resources of QA department to ensure effective implementation of QA systems.
• Coordinate with QA staff to ensure timely completion of set targets.
• Human resource development and team building in QA department.
• Release of finished goods batches.
• Review & approval of qualification master plans, protocols & reports.
• Manage & control process validation for all products at the site..
• Handling market complaints of products manufactured at site.
• Handling of deviations, change controls, failure investigation, product quality review, returned goods.
• Management & coordination of self-inspection program.
• Establish and maintain vendor audit program for monitoring of supplier quality.
• Conduct cGMP training for site staff.

Exp. 10 years in pharmaceuticals and 3 years in the same position.
