Job Description

Progress and co-ordinate all Quality related activities and product related data to enable delivery of product to customers.

Understand all required information to enable the release of batches, including validation, change control and GMP deviations and to ensure that these are effectively managed within the QA activities.

Lead, co-ordinate and participate in the internal audit program and to follow up actions identified to a satisfactory conclusion.

Ensure completion of actions from external audits and represent the company in external body audits such as MOH or external regulatory.

Manage GMP deviations, incident reports and other exception events and customer complaints; to identify common issues, trends and propose improvements and to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented and are effective.

Develops the annual plan for the Quality Assurance program and directs its implementation.

To carry out QA activities as required.

Manage and control expenses to maximize return on investment.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary or Science

Excellent Leadership skills & Excellent Coaching & Mentoring skills

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Strong Logical & Analytical skills

Proven track record of successfully

leading change initiatives

Additional certification. & training in Quality Assurance & ISO. Preferably Master degree or PHD in quality
Proven ability to achieve results through direction of others
