Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Performs physical testing and chemical analysis of pharmaceutical packaging material.
*Troubleshoots and resolves operations issues.
*Calibrates instruments according to work instructions to ensure compliance to standards
*Validates the assay methods of finished products to ensure products’ compliance to standards.
*Participates in validation of facilities and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance to standards.
*Maintains quality control objectives based on company policies and goals.
*Establishes inspection criteria and procedures and communicates and explains procedures to management in the company.
*Work with plant managers to ensure maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
*Arranges for inspection for product throughout production cycle.
*Applies “Statistical Quality Control” tools in reporting processes.
*Guides and instructs workers in inspection and testing in order to ensure regular control over materials, facilities, and products.
*Insures that all purchased parts are according to quality standards.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
•1-3 years of experience
