• Manage designated products to achieve short and long-term operating results in line with the Product Marketing Plan
• Research new market opportunities for product development and growth through internal and external communications
• Establish long lasting and professional partnership with KOLs/External Experts
• Assess the effectiveness of product strategies and monitor market intelligence and competitors’ products
• Plan, manage, and complete technical projects to design, develop, and optimize new products towards commercialization
• Identify business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market and
• Sales force engagement in developing campaigns, strategy, messages, etc
• Set clear KPI’s to monitor the execution of marketing plans and take action to rectify gaps if any at all
• Physician, Pharmacist, Veterinarian with excellent medical scope
• 2 years experiences as same position in product management
• Anesthesia market segment experiences is a plus
• Field work oriented with 75 % time allocation
• Post-graduate business degree is desired ( MBA is a plus )
• Excellent communication skills both oral and writing
• Strategic thinking ability
• Goal-orientation with a high level of personal and business integrity
• Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
• A passion for success , with enthusiasm and proven sales ability
• Good communication skills with English language proficiency
• Age is not more 35 years
