We are Nature Care Co. One of The Leading Pharmaceutical/ Nutraceutical Companies, In Saudi Arabia seeking for the following Job Vacancy:

 

  • Required Title: Product Manager Nutraceutical unit.
  • Function: Marketing
  • Head Quarter: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Condition: Full Time

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
  • Close liaison with the Field Sales force and Sales Training to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure it is being used optimally.
  • Identify and develop new products and manage each stage of the life cycle from product development to product launch and product maintenance.
  • Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
  • Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Regulatory to address any issues that may arise.
  • Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.
  • Provide timely follow up to sales forces by answering product questions via e-mail and phone.
  • Review monthly Sales performance and determine contributing factors.
  • Prepare product forecasts to include revenue and expense expectations.
  • Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
  • Conduct research with in-house staff or manage an outside agency i.e. initial identification of suitable partner, definition of responsibilities, communication plan, divisions of responsibility, milestones, contract with company, review transcripts and reports, and recommend action plans from the research.
  • Offer solutions for detrimental sales or growth trends.
  • Analyze sales trends over time and impact of competitive strategies.
  • Supports forecasts and budgets with appropriately detailed marketing plans.
  • Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
  • Working with opinion leaders, external vendors and clinical development teams towards developing and executing the commercialization and marketing launch plans; fostering and managing relationships with the key professional and patient advocacy organizations
  • Collaborating on market research activities, monitoring and evaluating competitive products and marketplace dynamics.
  • Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive experience in brand management & marketing within Nutraceuticals therapeutic area is MUST.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office Suite of software
  • Basic financial management and budgeting capabilities required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required with ability to employ excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with all levels of personnel and management to facilitate information flow and decision making.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills required.
  • Creative and innovative with strong conceptual skills, while also possessing analytical problem-solving skills; ability to leverage market research and clinical data to develop marketing strategies
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals, tactical plan development, marketing research, advertising, sales and promotion.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, hard-working, self-starter motivated by a challenging task.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with appropriate consultation from top management.
  • Establishes tracking mechanisms, interprets, assesses and communicates market data (physician and patient trends, competitive landscape) and prepares situational analyses to be presented to senior management.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to quality of detail and proven track record of results and follow-up.
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical marketplace including medical, regulatory and clinical.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, show attention to detail and follow-through to completion.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Role will involve significant travel (about 30% of time) to medical meetings, advocacy events, sales meetings, market research, etc.
  • Willingness to travel to various meetings and conferences.
