We are a newly established pharmaceutical company which has been outperforming market growth since our business was launched. The business has very prosperous ambition and plan for 2015 and beyond. We are currently launching a new Business Unit specialized in oral anti-diabetes, hence seeking highly professional caliber to join as Product Manager based at the company’s HQ in Cairo. Successful canddiate will be reporting to the designated Business Unit Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage designated products to achieve short and long-term operating results in line with the Product Marketing Plan
  • Research new market opportunities for product development and growth through internal and external communications
  • Establish long lasting and professional partnership with KOLs/External Experts
  • Assess the effectiveness of product strategies and monitor market intelligence and competitors’ products
  • Plan, manage, and complete technical projects to design, develop, and optimize new products towards commercialization
  • Identify  business opportunities in the  pharmaceutical market and communicate that to stakeholders to enable decision making process
  • Sales force engagement in developing campaigns, strategy, messages, etc
  • Set clear KPI’s to monitor the execution of marketing plans and take action to rectify gaps if any at all

 

Profile:

  • Health or life sciences related degree
  • Post-graduate business degree is desired ( MBA, CIM, etc)
  • Ability to Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences of the industry,
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and writing
  • Strategic thinking ability
  • Goal-orientation with a high level of personal and business integrity
  • Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
  • A passion for success , with enthusiasm and proven sales ability
  • Good communication skills with English language proficiency
  • Previous experience of OTC business is a definite plus
