Your tasks and responsibilities
- Propose and develop the annual marketing expenses in coordination with Business Unit Head in his product area
- Maintain, cultivate and expand existing customers in line with company growth strategies
- Organize projects, trainings or activities which support sales objectives.
- Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, results of marketing programs, etc. to management.
- Training, developing and motivating Bayer Product Specialist on the Product segments.
- Analysis of Bayer & competitors weaknesses and strengths through Monitoring competitors’ activities through data collection and prepare action plan accordingly, if needed. To conduct and follow the market research.
- Planning for successful new introductions in his segment market.
- Propose key brand positioning and key messages for products to be detailed to medical profession.
- Prepare, control and follow-up marketing plans and services for the target segment assigned to him/her.
- Develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Develop local speakers Bureau in coordination with medical department to better disseminate the product positioning and enhance the image of BP in front of the medical community.
Who You Are
- A bachelor degree or higher health care related degrees in life sciences and business
- Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques
- 5 Years experience in KSA market
- The candidate may require knowledge of a certain expertise, and have specific sales experience and training.
- Excellent command of English Language and Computer applications used within the organization
- MBA is an asset
