We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company seeking to recruit a product manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the products. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
  • Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
  • Act as point of first reference for all product-related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Regulatory to address any issues that may arise.
  • Close liaison with the Field Sales force and Sales Training to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure it is being used optimally.

  • Provide timely follow-up to sales forces by answering product & Disease related questions .
  • Review monthly Sales performance and determine contributing factors.
  • Analyze sales trends over time and impact of competitive strategies.
  • Supports forecasts and budgets with appropriately detailed marketing plans.
  • Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotional sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
  • Working with opinion leaders, external vendors, and clinical development teams towards developing and executing the commercialization and marketing launch plans; fostering and managing relationships with the key professional and patient advocacy organizations
  • Anticipates future issues, unforeseen changes in market conditions and implications of a given situation.
  • Has a strong handle of business situations and appropriately secures additional management support when needed.
  • Participates in new product introductions through implementation of key programs, monitoring results and compares them Vs predefined KPIs.
  • Provides the assumptions and supports the sales forecasting and financial evaluations (e.g., new business cases).
  • Has the ability to formulate and shows confidence in recommendation based on limited/incomplete data.
  • Has skills to analyses and monitors promo budget Vs actual spending / brand/ business sector / channel and to report regularly to head of marketing & senior management.
  • Has capabilities to work cross-functionally and cooperates with distinct functions in smooth and professional manner to drive the business in Saudi Arabia and deliver the goals.
  • Manages pressure and competing demands with ease and provides a controlled sense of commitment.
  • Has a successful record of achievements in new launches.

 

Qualification:

  • Proper candidates should be a pharmacist, Physician. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in product management (CVS, Diabetes & OTC segments is much preferred).
