Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmaceutical Key Account Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the cosmetic field, with a specialization in premium products such as color contact lenses. The candidate should possess strong relationships with key chain pharmacies, including Whites Pharmacies, Nahdi Pharmacies, Al Dawaa Pharmacies, Lemon Pharmacies, Orange, and others.

Responsibilities:

  1. Key Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key chain pharmacies, including Whites Pharmacies, Nahdi Pharmacies, Al Dawaa Pharmacies, Lemon Pharmacies, Orange, and others.
    • Drive sales and market share growth for our premium cosmetic products, specifically color contact lenses.
  2. Central Region Focus:
    • Leverage your extensive experience in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia to expand our market presence strategically.
    • Collaborate with regional pharmacies to optimize product placement, visibility, and promotions.
  3. Beauty Advisor Management:
    • Manage and lead a team of more than 20 Beauty Advisors located in specific pharmacies within the region.
    • Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure the team achieves sales targets and promotes the brand effectively.
  4. Pharmacist Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with pharmacists in the Central Region, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure product education and awareness within the pharmacy setting.
  5. Market Analysis:
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Utilize market insights to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
    • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to contribute to product development.
  7. Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments based on market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on cosmetic products.
  • Strong network and relationships with main chain pharmacies in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience managing a team of Beauty Advisors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the color contact lenses market and related trends.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Iqama transfer available.
  • The candidate must be located in Riyadh city
