We are a newly established pharmaceutical company and we are seeking a professional Payroll and Administration Head to support the existing and future expanding teams’ payroll management and administration.

Successful candidate will be based in Cairo at the Head Office reporting to the Human Resources Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payroll on a timely manner in line with the bank system requirements
  • Request creation of new hires bank accounts on the designated system template
  • Review expenses and approve them before handing them to Finance
  • Manage new hires administration process
  • Create and maintain employee master file
  • Coordinate car loan process and act as an intermediate between the bank and concerned employees
  • Manage the exit process and conduct exit interviews as appropriate
  • Liaise with Health Insurance providers with regard to the additions and deletions
  • Conduct preliminary interviews for different roles across the company and fill in business with feedback and recommendation
  • Maintain up-to-date organizational charts and monitor/report HC status

Requirements:

  • At least two years experience in handling the same responsibilities
  • Professional Excel literacy
  • Previous experience in managing payroll via online banking system
  • Outstanding customer-service mind set in communicating Sales Teams
  • Self-driven personality with unmatched sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal skills
