We are one of the fast growing Pharmaceutical Companies in the market which has strong ambition and aspiration to be one of the key players not only in Egypt but also within the region.

Currently we are seeking professional Office Administrator to join the organization based in Cairo with the following responsibilities:

  • Handle reception, welcome and greet visitors
  • Coordinate with Sales Teams as required to manage travel logistics
  • Catering for in-house meetings and or trainings
  • Book for group meeting activities and received invoices for verification
  • Track office supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Monitor and report office attendance on daily basis
  • Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Book rooms and conference facilities
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Order and maintain stationery

Skills/Knowledge

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self directed and dedicated
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, and spreadsheets
