National Sales Manager (Ref. NSM)
Qualifications:
– Minimum two years experience in second line people management in pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical company
– Experience in dealing with:
Privet market
Government hospitals
Armed forces hospitals
Medical insurance & contracts for big companies
– Proven track record of achievements
– Ability to lead and foster a highly collaborative team
– Ability to learn and understand the portfolio and communicate the opportunity to potential prospects
– Demonstrate persistence and motivates team members
– Professional planning and organization skills
– Possess an ability to influence and communicate with both internal stakeholders across all levels
