One of the fast gowning Egyptian Pharmaceutical Companies with tremendous growth rates over the last two years is seeking to hire a professional candidate as National Sales Manager based in Cairo and reporting to the designated Business Unit Head as per the following details:
Job Grade: NSM Band
Location: HQ Cairo
Requirements:
Minimum two years in either or both Second Line People management
Proven track record of achievements
Ability to lead and foster a highly collaborative team
Ability to learn and understand the portfolio and communicate the opportunity to potential prospects
Demonstrate persistence and motivates team members
Professional planning and organization skills
Possess an ability to influence and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels
Excellent presence in presentation situations
IT literate especially MS-office
Responsibilities:
Drive the designated franchise to agreed-upon business objectives
Create, manage and implement an integrated franchise strategic plans in line with business ambition
Develop business models to drive business innovation, and profitable growth
Lead regular cross-divisional meetings and brainstorm sessions to ensure cross-divisional communication, coordination and prioritization
Monitor key performance indicators to develop business intelligence and evaluate performance
Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with Business Unit Management Team
Work with the sales teams to develop sales plans
Responsible for employee development, accountability & corrective action programs
Coaching coaches (First Line Sales Managers)
