JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a Multinational leading Diagnostic company currently recruiting Sales Representative positions to its sales team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

Responsibilities include:
1) Implement sales plans and achieve sales goals and objectives in order to meet/exceed annual sales targets
2) Attain a practical understanding of each of the company products, methodologies and competition in order to maintain call frequencies at hospitals, laboratories and physician accounts
3) Submit all reports , paperwork and market feedback in a timely manner
4) Represent to the customer in a manner that demonstrates the highest degree of integrity.
5) Participate in team meetings, activities, etc.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

1) Appropriate Diagnostics related work experience is mandatory (either in Diagnostic / Medical Equipment company or Medical Laboratory)

2) Bachelor’s degree preferred Science (chemistry) / Biomedical

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Education and experience equivalent to a related Bachelor’s Degree.
2) A minimum of two years of direct sales experience in selling diagnostics, medical device products or strong experience in diagnostic industry in laboratory.

3) Ability to communicate effectively and to understand the needs of others in a sales relationship

4) Bilingual (English& Arabic) strong presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).

5) Ability to reallocate and travel as per required.
6) Demonstrated computer skills preferably spread sheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
