1- Product Manager Associate:
(Preferred to be experienced in Egypt Dermatology market)
**Duties and responsibilities:-
•coordinating with the regional marketing department •Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition. •Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives. •Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines. •Involving key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed. •Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information. •Attending key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups. •Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
2-Sales Supervisor: Vacant Territories: • Cairo • Alexandria
(preferred to be experienced in Egypt dermatology market)
**Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Develops and oversees the work of a team of direct reports • Ensures the company meets/exceeds sales goals and targets • Sets and monitors divisional operating and expense budgets to ensure compliance and optimal use of resources • Continuously tracks, monitors and reports on sales performance and progress • Works closely with clinical specialists in the field partners; helping to optimize use of resources and maximize achievement of sales goals and targets • Complies with all ethics, laws, regulations and policies • Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required Key Competency Profile: • Feedback & Coaching • Inspiring & Influencing • Teamwork & Collaboration • Achieving Results • Customer Orientation.
**Product Specialist:- Vacant Territories: • Cairo • Giza • Alexandria • Delta (Mansoura & Tanta)

**Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Reports to the Field Sales Manager • Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base. • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
