We are looking for a full time medical call center  tele-educator for a project of a well known multinational pharmaceutical company.
Education
Bachelor degree of pharmacy, science (chemist), vet., or biotechnology

Experience
Fresh graduate up to 2 years’ experience.

Job brief:

• Answering inbound patient and HCP calls and carrying outbound calls according to project requirements.
• Provide patient and HCP with product and patient support information.
• Document all call information according to SOPs.
• Identify and escalate priority issue.s specially regarding Pharmacovigilance reporting.
