A world leading multinational Baby Nutrition Company is seeking high caliber personnel to fill the position of Medical Sales Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
1. Guarantee Sales in the Private and Institutional Sales Market.
2. Achieve sales target and profit objectives for the assigned territory.
3. Manage private market sales and institutional sales including responsibility for Sales strategizing, planning and implementing of the assigned territory
4. Implement marketing plans according to the strategy and report market customer feedback to the marketing Dep. in order to support current and future plans and activities.
5. Presenting Sales figures every week to the management along with the plan for future (this can be short term plans or activity list for the coming month/week).
6. Responsible for managing and understanding the assigned territory.
7. To identify business opportunities and mine feedback from the market to increase sales.
8. Conduct regular market and sales analysis in order to support sales forecasting and budgeting.
9. Ensuring team performance.
10. Follow-up with the medical representatives and field visits along and without the reps.
11. Maintain up to date records regarding both customers and territory
12. Ensuring that the M.R.s meet and follow their responsibilities.
13. Guarantee People Development and Team Orientation.
14. Conduct regular appraisals with the team in order to assess their performance in sales and also as a people development tool to ensure stability of the team.
15. Motivate sales force for best performance.
16. Train and educate sales force Regularly.
17. Update his team on product and sales performance of the whole territory.
18. Regular field coaching visits to monitor sales force performance and coach them.
19. Assist the sales force in their development plan and monitor weekly, monthly and cycle plans of his team, train new hires on territory knowledge, selling skills and company processes.
20. Take appropriate decisions in coordination with his manager to apply disciplinary actions for low performer sales rep that violate the policy.
21. Guarantee to protect the interest of the company.
22. Guarantee correct and timely feedback to the management and Contribute to the image of the company.
23. Guarantee proper expense management and budgeting and Manage and control expenses in accordance with budget agreements.
24. Inventory Management and stock control and planning the required order.
25. Any other assignments according to the directions of the management.
Skills
1. Speak, read and write fluent English and Arabic.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in the same position is a must.
3. Excellent computer skills.
4. Full knowledge of the area in charge.
5. Excellent problem solving, communication skills and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and proven track record of sales and team management.
7. Enthusiastic, can-do attitude, highly self-motivated, result oriented, details oriented and a well developed sense of drive.
8. Experienced in Baby Milk Products and other Nutritional Fields is preferable.
9. Transferable Iqama is a Plus.
