Role Summary

The successful applicant will be part of a new, exciting, and growing team.

You will positively influence customers’ prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets, develop territory and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products on a given territory.

Job Purpose:

  • Increase the awareness and knowledge of health care providers of products and maximize sales growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Create product and brand awareness in the market.
  • Ensure that weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets are met
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory.
  • Plan, prioritize and implement effective daily call activities to service existing accounts and to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Plan and manage business territory and personal doctors’ list according to the management’s directions and strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Manage remote areas, plan and visit target accounts on a regular schedule.
  • Oversee and follow-up sales orders right from the customer, through the agent until products are delivered.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of administrative requirements like daily visit reports, monthly plans…etc. Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating reports when needed.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Respond to and follow up product inquiries from HCPs using appropriate methods.
  • Monitor consumption levels, and follow-up on listing activities as needed.
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
  • Ensures excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product. He/she is primarily responsible for consulting with and providing clinical and technical information to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

 

 

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical or pharmaceutical science.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a cosmeceutical company.
  • Selling Skills.
  • Transferable Iqama
  • Good communication skills.
  • Business acumen, goal orientation.
  • Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Impactful Presentation Skills.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
