A world leading multinational Baby Nutrition Company is seeking high caliber personnel to fill the position of Male/Female Medical representatives (All Saudi Market Areas).

Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for launching,  maintaining and growing sales of baby products by visiting key opinion leaders,  developing relationships with doctors and creating marketing programs to promote products services to community.
2. Schedule meetings with community and hospital health care staff.
3. Responsible in identifying and establishing new business; negotiating contracts; demonstrating/presenting products and services to health care staff including doctors,  nurses,  pharmacists and undertaking relevant research and maintaining detailed records.
4. Preparing presentations and attending/organizing trade exhibitions,  conferences and meetings.
5. Follow the company’s policy by applying the directions of the Sales Manager in managing budgets; reviewing sales performance; writing reports and other administrative procedures.
6. Drive focused revenue growth as assigned by the Sales Manager. The medical representative must understand in terms of a detailed functionality and benefit offering of each medical product and how each product is best applied to meet developing customer needs.
7. Must be able to define an overall strategy on an annual basis to drive sales growth in assigned area.
8. Demonstrate an effective understanding of competitive action in the assigned area and work to develop a plan to address problem areas.

Skills

1.Minimum of one Year of experience is a must (Experience in Baby Milk Products, Pediatrics or infant products is preferable).
2. Fluently Speaks,  Reads and Writes English and Arabic.
3. Excellent Computer Skills.
4. Full knowledge of the Area in charge.
5. Excellent problem solving,  communication skills and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and proven track record of sales.
7. Enthusiastic can-do attitude,  highly self-motivated,  result oriented,  detail oriented and a well developed sense of drive.
8. Transferable Iqama is a Plus.
