We are now hiring for our in-house Medical Call Center

For a PSP project of a well-established multinational pharmaceutical company

  1. Medical Call Center Team Leader (Part time); (Ref.: CCTL).
  • Education:

Medical background graduates.

  • Experience:

2-4 years’ experience in the medical field

Experience in a call center is a must.

  • Qualifications:

Communication skills.

Leadership skills.

Coaching skills.

Problem solving skills.

Excellent command of both oral and written English language is a must

Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft office use).

  1. Medical Call Center Tele-educators (Full & Part time); (Ref.: CCA):

Education:

  • Medical background graduates.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates, or up to 3 years of experience in the medical field.

Qualifications:

  • Communication skills.
  • Knowledge retention.
  • Organizing skills
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Excellent command of both oral and written English language is a must
  • Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft office use).
