We are now hiring for our in-house Medical Call Center
For a PSP project of a well-established multinational pharmaceutical company
- Medical Call Center Team Leader (Part time); (Ref.: CCTL).
- Education:
Medical background graduates.
- Experience:
2-4 years’ experience in the medical field
Experience in a call center is a must.
- Qualifications:
Communication skills.
Leadership skills.
Coaching skills.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent command of both oral and written English language is a must
Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft office use).
- Medical Call Center Tele-educators (Full & Part time); (Ref.: CCA):
Education:
- Medical background graduates.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates, or up to 3 years of experience in the medical field.
Qualifications:
- Communication skills.
- Knowledge retention.
- Organizing skills
- Calm under pressure.
- Excellent command of both oral and written English language is a must
- Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft office use).
