Maintain high level of commitment with KOL

• Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback on a regular basis.
• Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to the target doctors.
• Implement on going Targeting and Profiling of customers.
• Built trusted relationships with customers and KOLs, throughout regular contact, follow up and proper investment in compliance with professional ethics.

Keep High quality in delivering company objectives in compliance with professional ethics

• Understand fully internal sales systems and procedure and develop weekly / monthly visit plan in consultation with Direct Manager
• Active participation in all ongoing training & development activities / programs.
• Effective utilization of company resources including samples, promotion materials, mobile, & car etc.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in line with company strategy.
• Any other tasks as assigned depending on the need and maintain consistency with compnay values in all public relations.

Maintain Compliance

• Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company.

Ethical Leadership

• Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Company, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.
• Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education Level :

University degree, majoring in Pharmaceutical science .

Experience :

Not necessary but preferred 1 or 2 years of experience in the similar job.

Skills :

Presentation, selling and negotiation skills.
