Medical Rep. For immediate hiring at Riyadh area for a fast growing international Ophthalmology company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To achieve sales and activity targets on assigned territories across primary and/or secondary care customers
• Generate new business leads and create impact at a strategic level.
• To meet all relevant standards as set by the company and manager
Key Responsibilities:
• To achieve sales and activity targets as set by the company through effective planning and implementation of strategic plans
• To keep records of customer contacts and all relevant customer information up to date
• To understand clinical and management priorities on Ophthalmology
• To understand and remain updated on the environment both at a National and Local level
• To be fully conversant with current marketing strategies and initiatives
• To establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with local Ophthalmologist KOL’s
• To provide the manager with accurate and timely reports
• To represent the company in a professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Significant experience in Ophthalmologyproducts sales.
• Medical background only(Pharma-Vet-Science)
• Minimum experience of 3-5 years with Ophthalmologist KOLs and strong relationship is a must
• Experience with institutional and MOH Hospitals is a strong asset.
• Have a good experience with hospitals and polyclinics Excellent persuasive presentation skills
• Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas in ophthalmology
• Primary and secondary care sales experience
• Good English/ Arabic communication skills (Spoken/Written)
• Transferable iqama is a must with no travel restrictions.
• Age less than 30 years.
