Skin Care Company in Saudi Arabia are looking to hire a marketing Manager

About the job

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing department in implementing and executing the company’s marketing business plan with a special focus on profitability and daily Marketing operations, leading the marketing team in the company’s concept and implementing best practice systems, standards and procedures that consolidate performance, improve results and Increase profitability and income.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • To provide overall direction and vision for the sales team through inspirational coaching to develop the team’s scientific, operational, and business performance as well as lifting their selling capabilities.
  • Conduct Business Assessments to understand the brand / portfolio competitiveness and market attractiveness.
  • Develop and validate a differentiated Brand Positioning and value proposition that is sustainable and competitive.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track the performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Designing, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets for marketing campaigns
  • Reviewing advertising material for print and digital media
  • Partnering and collaborating with commercial and communication departments
  • Performing market research to find new opportunities
  • Preparing advertising contracts
  • Managing marketing department employees
  • Developing social media engagement strategy and overseeing all the company’s accounts
  • Creating, maintaining, and implementing digital marketing and editorial calendars
  • Using web analytics tools to monitor site traffic
  • Tracking and measuring SEO and Google Analytics metrics and providing reports
  • Analysing market trends and conducting competitor research
  • Having experience in planning and producing events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and 1+ years of experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Experience in Skincare industry is must
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
