1. Medical Rep (All regions)
Job Summary: Achieve target & qualitative objectives – Communicate all relevant information to health care professionals to guarantee their awareness of company’s product portfolio and its benefits– Conduct group meeting for the targeted specialties, in order to introduce company’s products – Promotion of our brands in KSA in both private and Governmental hospitals – Provide a regular report & feedback on a daily basis.

Criteria:
• Total experience: at least 2 years
• Experience/Area: at least one year
• Age: not more than 28
• Self-motivated – Hard worker – Ambitious
• Excellent in English language written and spoken
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)

2. Key Account Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for enlisting products, commercial annual agreements, gain new strategic accounts as well contribute to achieve KPIs of the company portfolio on selected Key and Strategic Accounts. Drive business success by implementing strategy and executing tactical plans. Ensures that effective customer relationships are built and maintained which will maximize sales of the strategic accounts, Coordinates activities of other functions to support target achievement of assigned accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
• Acts as first line contact to assigned key and strategic accounts
• Develop and implement specific customer account and opportunity plans supporting
company goals and objectives.
• Identifies new possible clients as well as opportunities in order to further grow business.
• Identifies new opportunities within existing clients to do the channel-fill
• Designs tailored solutions together with Product Specialists, Supervisors, product managers and Sales managers.
• Manages and maintains customer relationships to establish loyalty and build trust with key contacts.
• Understands customers’ needs, visions and strategies to create a specific sales plan for each customer.
• Promotes product portfolio at the allocated customers, align with the commercial strategy.
• Applies strategic selling principles and consultancy selling approach with customers utilizing business opportunities.
• Implements and monitors the activities and strategies defined, to achieve the project targets gain market share and meet the related strategic KPIs;
• Negotiates, within guidelines, prices and terms to ensure the best deals are secured, in compliance with pricing strategy and positioning. Guarantee right approval for new offers and contract clauses;
• Analyzes sales and monitoring activities. Provide accurate forecast for the assigned customers.

Criteria:
• 8 Years’ experience in sales and promotion
• At least 3 years’ experience as KAM in the pharma market, with a proven success record
• Fluent in English language, both spoken and written.

• Dynamic, with personal initiative, business drive and ability to achieve goals with minimal direction.

3. Sales Supervisor
Job Summary: Ensure all sales targets both short term and long term for the area/location are met, Supervise the subordinate team through evaluating and coaching visits, Ensure that each sales representative compliance with the standards as well as the proper way of achieving the targets, Leading and developing sales team, Leading sales productivity, Achieve and exceed sales fundamentals and volume targets by implementing company plans, Update database to measure area’s performance against key business objectives. Use this data to analyze the business and develop future action plans, Work on volume forecasting for his areas and channels, Supervise and Organize field sales teams for location in accordance with sales plans to achieve/exceed objectives in terms of execution, gross and net revenues, market share and people development targets.

Main Responsibilities:
• Organize, lead and motivate sales representatives to achieve sales targets within the agreed targets by applying sales standards.
• Regular market visits to monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements and communicate these fluctuations on the proper timing to the Regional/Sales manager for decision making.
• Ensure promotional plans are understood and implemented in the right time & at the right place across all routes.
• Conduct all the administrative transactions for the location (Stock, Returnable Cases, daily sales invoicing cycle etc.)
• Select, train, develop and follow-up sales personnel to the standards necessary to meet the current and long-term needs of the department.
• Ensure the company’s product development & promotional plans are understood and implemented at all levels to give the optimum level of impact.
• Expanding distribution within the assigned area as per business plan.
• Ensure proper execution for all new product initiatives.
• Execution of KPI’s per Store; ensure compliance with accounting, inventory, and control
procedures; resolve service & supply issues with affected parties; design and report the
results/activities of the sales force to Regional/Sales manager.
• Report competitive activities to the Regional/Sales Manager as and when it happens.

• 6 Years’ experience in sales and promotion
• At least 2 Years’ experience as first line manager
• Very Good English and Arabic language skills
• Age: not more than 35
• No travel restrictions

4. Product Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for Identifying, developing, driving and monitoring the customer value proposition for the product portfolio. Formulates implements and leads the marketing plan for the specific product portfolio. Medical and marketing training for sales team, product launch, forecasting, budgeting, market share and marketing plan, Provides proactive input to the business on both specific product and business area issues,

Main Responsibilities:
• Manages the introduction and withdrawal of products as per the product introduction/withdrawal process
• Ensures that changes affecting products are communicated as per the product change communication process
• Ensures that all commercial product management tasks are properly implemented in a timely manner in accordance with the procedures in place
• Directs the Market Research resources to obtain cost effectively the most up-to-date market intelligence
• Undertakes regular field visits, including key customers and opinion leads
• Participates in relevant International and National customer/marketing meetings
• Helps produce marketing plans in words and figures annually, which are acceptable to
senior management and discussed with operational areas during development
• Produces a detailed breakdown of the promotional budget required to help implement the marketing plan
• Initiates, gains consensus and implements all marketing operations to achieve planned
sales and profit contributions
• Monitors monthly progress against plan and recommend corrective actions to ensure
successful achievement of plan
• Closes collaboration with global and regional product management regarding their
assistance in marketing campaigns and supplying them with local market information

Criteria:
• 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing with a proven success record
• At least 5 years’ experience as product manager
• Age: not more than 40
• Therapeutic class: CVS, CNS or Oncology previous experience is a preferable
• MBA is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, Graphics and photoshop
• Excellent experience in product launch, positioning, IMS data, market segmentation, and sales analysis
• Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
• Good depth of knowledge in Saudi pharma market and it’s dynamics

5. Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary: Works to implement the company’s sales plans and strategies, Analyses the business and sales trends within his region to suggest the best approaches to meet sales targets and gather more clients, oversees activities within his region and team. Evaluates, develops, supports and motivates all sales team in the assigned region, presents a business performance report about his region globally and individually on monthly basis to senior management.

Main Responsibilities:
• Leading, developing first line mangers, sales strategies and supporting the head of sales in shaping the business strategies, objectives and key initiatives (strategic and operational) in the assigned region.
• Responsible for the assigned region performance and represent it in all meeting.
• Develop and implement the sales Strategy to build products and brand awareness
• Establish successful brand awareness in target groups – Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals
management, Distributors and KOL’s.
• To develop, implement, execute and evaluate the regional plan and tenders aligning with
the Business objectives and budget.
• To develop and manage partnerships with partners in the assigned region
• To participate actively in formulating of brand strategies and tactics to generate sales growth in all sector.
• To grow brand awareness through number of activities with involvement of KOL’s.
• Adapt approved messaging to commercial actions (sales force, distributors, wholesalers
etc.).
• Attend sales meeting to get feedback from the team, design necessary campaigns to help
sales team execute their plans.
• Coordinate and manage organization of local congresses and local workshops.
• Dedicate time and interaction with KOL’s, external parties to sense the market. Help
liaise with KOLs for advisory boards and focus groups in preparation for strategic launches.
• Analyze and develop insights on market and competition.
• Identify need for market research especially for new launches and line extensions.
• Communicate continuously with Head of Sales & Marketing team to share trends,

review).
• Interact with Regional Strategic Marketing to validate local strategy.

• Accountable for the development and the execution of marketing plan.

• MBA is an assist.

• Experienced and successful negotiator.
• Knowledge and understanding of different procurement procedures in the region governmental and private.
