We are one of the pharmaceutical companies that manufactures and markets different pharmaceutical  products for a broad range of therapy areas and indications.We are launching a new manufacturing facility located at Badr City, Cairo, for which we are seeking a professional candidate to work as Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Job Purpose :

• Coordinate all engineering functions within the scope of supervision to ensure the implementation of the latest available engineering technology throughout the operations and minimize equipment and/or utilities downtime.
•  Ensure proper implementation of the preventive maintenance plan through sound implementation of maintenance procedure and instructions.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide mechanical/technical support for company equipment.
• Provide general rules of mechanical installation of industrial equipment’s (boilers, water station treatment, compressor, generators, air handing units (AHU). and chillers )
• Preparing the preventive maintenance plan and check list for all equipment’s of plant
• Provide all production improvements solution through hardware and software modifications.
• Writing and reviewing of validation protocols ( IQ, OQ and PQ for AHU and production lines)
• Writing and reviewing of SOPs.
• Installation and start up for production lines ( Vial, Dry mix, Capsule)
• Installation and start up for Cephalosporin production lines (Vial, Dry mix)
• Installation and start up for autoclaves and tunnels.
• Installation and start up for laminar air flow (LAF).
• Handling of stainless steel treatment.
• Maintenance for storehouse equipment (fork lifts)
• Lead, motivate and supervise the subordinates

Desired Profile:

• BSC in Mechanical Engineering
• Work experience 5 years in the same field.
• Training Course in Auto CAD
• Training courses in GMP,ISO9001, ISO14001, and BS-OHSAS18001
• The ability to command and control.
• Computer and language skills.
• Good communication skills.
