Line Sales Manager   (Ref. LSM)

Qualifications:
– Minimum two years experience in sales manager position in pharmaceutical and\or cosmeceutical company
– Experience in dealing with:
Privet market
Government hospitals
Armed forces hospitals
Medical insurance & contracts for big companies
– Proven track record of achievements
– Ability to lead and foster a highly collaborative team
– Ability to learn and understand the portfolio and communicate the opportunity to potential prospects
– Demonstrate persistence and motivates team members
– Professional planning and organization skills
– Possess an ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across all levels

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
