Fast-growing Pharmaceutical, Medical and Consumer Health Saudi Company is looking ASAP for hiring a marketer with the below criteria:
Title: Product Manager
Residence: Riyadh
Job Function: marketing, training, and Advertising.
Reports to: Marketing Manager.
Job Function and responsibilities:
- always arrange and use strategic market analysis to filter and improve strategic decisions about products of the company.
- Provide in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis and positioning
- Analyze the market, sales potential, and expenses, and prepare simple, easy to understand short-term forecasts for existing products for use in planning and control.
- Support in using strategic brand analysis to improve product brand.
- Analyze the market potential for the existing and new product and prepare revenue forecasts for review meetings and presentations.
- Also Assist in identifying, finding and monitor potential customer requirements and satisfaction. On behalf of this data plan product as per customer requirement. Draw implication from consumer insights analysis.
- Keep the current industry trends and regulatory changes in knowledge. find out potential opportunities for new product development and impact on existing products.
Strategic Planning:-
- Support in the stability of key issues, points of strategies, tactics, action plans for activity, investment to grab the market share, analyze market growth strategies, and profits for core products.
- Assist in the development of brand strategy and engage in planning and take steps for the growth of the product.
- Develop data for the analyses of competitors, competitors’ activity and business problems.
Financial Focus:-
- Ensure all projects are effectively managed to time and financial constraints.
- Manage brand P&L to achieve sales and profit targets and develop pricing strategies.
- Manage brand strategies.
- Ensure programs meet ROI (Return of investments) requirements
Experience and Knowledge:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrated and documented track record of high performance and producing outstanding results in marketing projects
• Significant inline business experience in a marketing role
• Proven ability to facilitate open discussion and debate among key stakeholders and build internal and external relationships through partnering, anticipating needs, fulfilling expectations
• Demonstrated track record of ability to influence others
• Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment including pricing, reimbursement, regulatory requirements and market and policy trends
• Ability to analyze, define and convey complex concepts and strategies in oral and written communication to very demanding internal and external audiences
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a complex, changing environment, and the professional maturity to deal with ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Well-organized with the ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands and effectively perform in matrix teams
• Strong budget and project management skills
• Demonstrated track record in specific fields of brand management expertise, e.g., creation of strategic and operating plans, implementation of KOL programs
• Strong strategic skills including creativity and effectiveness in identifying and addressing strategic challenges (e.g., new competition, shifting market environment) and the ability to balance short-term needs with the long-term vision for a brand
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience working across cultures and partnering with colleagues who represent a diverse selection of experiences and skills.
QUALIFICATIONS & NECESSARIES:
• University degree in health sciences/ science/ business
• Five to seven years of marketing experience in multinational business environments (at least two-years in brand management experience) and two years of sales experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical; nutraceutical consumer field is preferred
• Proofed track record in pharmaceutical marketing, particularly in managing brands with significant impact on performance (in terms of revenue and profitability)
• E-marketing experience/ mass marketing campaigns/ live projects are highly considered
• Experience in leading matrix teams without authorization
• Fluency in English is a have to and Arabic is preferred
