We are one of the fast growing Pharmaceutical Companies in the market which has strong ambition and aspiration to be one of the key players not only in Egypt but also within the region.

We are currently transforming our commercial model to embed the Key Account Management approach, hence seeking high caliber professionals to join as Key Account Specialists based in all governorates, responsible for the business of different Territories for designated Therapy Areas .

Responsibilities :

§  Demonstrate accountability on their target accounts (Own the business)§  Identify and segment accounts leveraging assigned portfolio

§  Identify key decision makers within key accounts and understand their objectives, agenda and key drivers / barriers to funding /  registering company’s products

§  Develop relationships with senior stakeholders in key accounts and customize and negotiate win/win value propositions around offerings, service packages

§  Develop detailed Annual Strategic Account Plans through proper implementation of key account management.

§  Ensure that the agreed KPI’s to be in place to track impact of the activities (metrics, templates, etc.), monitoring the performance on key accounts

§   Deliver  approved KPI’s to track expiry on a quarterly basis, follow stock average customers, average monthly consumption trend of key brands, and hospital introduction status of new launches

§ Provide input into marketing strategic planning particularly around new products Access plans, for the assigned customers & sectors.

Personal Profile:

§  Proven track record of successful performance§  Professional  budgeting and forecasting  capabilities

§  Ability to support, integrate and interact with team

§  IT literate especially MS-Excel

§  Excellent understanding of, and response to, the changing selling environment

§  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

§  Analytical thinking capabilities supported with a through business understanding

§  Good understanding of the Saudi market environment and challenges

§  Strong time management and planning skills

§  Foundational understanding of Key Account Management
