Breif:

The Key Account Manager for Technology Fundamentals in Eastern Territory , Based in Dammam, is responsible for managing the relationship with key personnel at the specific accounts to maximize account opportunities, develop and retain this account to ensure that the revenue benefits are maximized through proactive account management and account strategy.

Job Dimensions

  • Work directly for Technology Fundamentals Trading Co. for promoting & enlisting the company’s products to specific accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing relationship with existing key accounts to experience retention and profitable growth.
  • The role has no direct reports.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Establishes and maintains respectful and effective relationships with key personnel at assigned accounts in Medical Departments, Purchasing, Planing, Operations, Marketing, and Management areas.
  • Opens new business opportunities and expands sales on existing accounts.
  • Negotiates and resolves issues which arise between assigned accounts and Technology Fundamentals on matters related to product, pricing, service, etc.
  • Organizes, coordinates and conducts customer sales presentation, quarterly business reviews measure KPIs and deliver on strategic targets.
  • Develops strategic business plans. Continually evaluates sales and open orders against budget for management of overall sales goals.
  • Provides Sales Call Reports; Monthly Reports & New Business Opportunity Reports.
  • Required to be proactive in maintaining appropriate knowledge base of product lines of, along with knowledge of customers & field.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Healthcare sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Computer Skills: proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s level degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
