We are looking for Full-time healthcare Supervisor in Jeddah
Your responsibilities will be to support the Project Management team with fieldwork execution through conducting primary research with different healthcare stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage Fieldwork aspects
Manage Interviewers Tam
Handling Reports and Quota
Face to Face Interviewing
Lead F2F interviews with physicians, pharmacists, nurses to address our questions and to
persuade respondents to participate in F2F interview.
Engage in a knowledgeable discussion with respondents in a professional and personable manner in order to ensure respondents are happy to be re-contacted in the future.
Guide respondents through a set of quantitative and qualitative questions.
Requirements:
Medical background, pharmacists, vet, biology ..etc
Previous experience is Required
professional in Excel & Email
Management skills
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Be detail-oriented, and take a deep pride in the quality of work produced
Be relied upon to effectively organized and balance workload to complete tasks efficiently with minimal errors
Be a self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and a passion for research
Be able to work out problems independently and also to raise concerns with project management as soon as they arise to ensure minimum impact on fieldwork progress.
