Job Title: Professional Field Force Supervisor

Job description

  • Responsible for the Salesforce effectiveness & sales excellence in order to maximize the ROI.
  • To manage and analyze the efficiency of Sales team work.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reports are being disseminated to the business.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative improvement of the sales teams productivities to positively influence customer’s prescribing behavior, and to build a long-term business.
  • Growing physician satisfaction and loyalty resulting in repeat sales (Rx).
  • Identify all factors really influencing prescriber behavior including messages which are having the most impact on actual prescribing.
  • Recommend changes and enhancements when required to achieve higher production goals.
  • Set the target splitting process for the sales teams.
  • Ability to respond to pressures from customers, competitors & changing the economy.
  • Ensure proper applications of sales processes and procedures.
  • Promotes coaching, feedback, recognition, and training to the team.
  • Customer Targeting, monitoring, profiling, strategic analyzing for decision making.
  • Lead and design the analytic tools in support for the sales department.
  • Participate in developing and monitoring performance metrics and standards, to increase sales team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with different departments for design, develop, evaluate and maintain innovative & interactive tools.

Qualifications:

  • Holding a bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical or closely related field.
  • Having at least 5 years of extensive relevant Sales & people management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry within the same applied region.
  • Proved track record of success.
  • Proficiency in the English & Arabic language is a must.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication.
  • Microsoft Office professional experience.
