We are fast growing Company having Herbaceutical, Nutriceutical, and Cosmoceutical products looking for Field Supervisor to Maximizes revenue and market share in the region by driving sales activity and providing leadership to the field force.
The position will be in Riyadh with total responsibilities on other areas across Saudi.
Responsibilities:
-Supervises the development and execution of sales strategy and Priority Account Plans.
– Coaches and motivates team members to achieve/exceed territory goals and optimize individual and team engagement.
– Develop individual team members to continuously improve overall level of performance in their role and for future development.
– Supports the team members on external key customer visits as needed, this will require 80% presence in the market with the team.
– Act as a role model and manage the product demonstration and presentation for the customers
Minimum Requirements:
– Previous medical sales experience in Riyadh is a must.
– Medical / pharmaceutical background.
– Transferable iqama is a must.
– Willing to travel about 40% of his time to open new market in other territories.
– Willing to relocate if needed.
– Proven track record in sales.
– Demonstrated leadership abilities
– Microsoft office Excel & power points skills.
– Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication.
– Presentation skills.
