Position Overview
The Beauty therapist and trainer will be in charge of handling all technical matters related to brands products currently distributed by the company. The therapist will also support sales staff in providing technical knowledge, participate and lead training on products to clients and potential ones, handle clients technical questions about products and procedure on application, communicate with technical brands counterparts abroad, and manage social network accounts. Clients include, medical doctors, clinics, pharmacies, beauty and hair salons, spas and individual clients.
General Responsibilities
- Preparing and handling beauty workshops and trainings to clients.
- Handling product and sales trainings.
- Preparing and designing training materials for internal staff and external business partners and clients.
- Coordinating and consulting with brands technical counterparts.
- Preparation of training events and training webinars.
- Supporting sales staff on technical matters
- Keeping up to date information on beauty products trends in the market and keeping staff fully knowledgeable about them.
- Handling social networks works and promotions.
- Handling questions from clients.
- Maintaining great support for clients.
- Performing facial or body massage and treatments, including spa therapy, aromatherapy.
- Promoting and enhancing the sale of beauty products combined with the various beauty treatments.
- Promoting the various marketing activities which are set out by the company.
- Analysis and reports of performance, work and market.
- Skin condition diagnosis, hands on facial or body treatment and massage.
- Ability to assess skin and hair conditions and recommend proper treatments.
- Handling technical matters related to hair brands and treatments.
- Handling assignments and projects from management.
- Having to get flexible with different working times and short notice appointments and travels.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: accredited/reputable Esthetics or cosmetology degree or program.
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite as well as the
- ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
- Western education is preferred.
- At least 4 years working in a related field.
- Experience and familiarity with spas and beauty salons in KSA.
- Sales Skills
- Ability to impose positive changes.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English. French fluency is preferable.
- Must have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Must have great customer care and sales skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning
