The ideal candidate will be trained on the following:

Receive calls from customers. Support and train customer on the company’s system.

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree.
-Excellent Medical Terminology Background.
-Fluent English is a must.
-British or American accent is a must.
-Able to work according to Oklahoma’s time, which is from 3pm till 12am at Egypt’s time.
