DoctoruUna looking for call center Agent at least 1 year experience in the same Position
The Call Center Agent role is to take or make telephone calls on behalf of an organization in order to fulfill customer requirements. The role can be to sell services, provide customer service, undertake customer research or increasingly carry out a debt management function. In a contact center, where customers use other means than just a telephone to contact an organization, they may also deal with post or email inquiries.
Call Center Agent Job Duties:
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming appointment reservation, Follow up with both side to insure the appointment meeting has been Done .
Informs clients by booking appointments ,explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Full Co-operation with Client Relation Agent ( Customer Service Agent )

Language Skills:
Fluency in both Arabic + English
