We are one of the fast growing Pharmaceutical Companies in the market which has strong ambition and aspiration to be one of the key players not only in Egypt but also within the region. Our international alliances are effective in different countries, including Saudi Arabia, United Arab of Emirates, India and New Zealand with future aspiration to extend more business associations and affiliations in near future to further markets.

We are planning to launch a new set of products at the beginning of the new financial year for which we are seeking to hire District Sales Managers based in all governorates as per the following details:

Location: Different Cities

Job Grade: B01/B04

Reporting to: Designated Business Unit Manager

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the district and its commercial success
  • Coach, motivate and inspire assigned team to accomplish business goals and maximize their individual performance, both face-to-face and remotely
  • Analyze relevant data to explore and challenge the status quo
  • Build, maintain, and utilize field resources to help improve performance throughout the district
  • Communicate top down and bottom up clear expectations and hold the sales teams accountable to achieving all products, performance, and behavior standards
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives
  • Control all aspects of annual budget process, to include sales and controllable expenses
  • Lead the recruitment process at district level should he have vacancies
  • Contribute to the development of an effective succession plan that lead to internal promotions
  • Ensure compliance to established HR policies and procedures

Personal Profile:

  • Previous experience of  sales leadership role is essential
  • Proven track record of achievements
  • Ability to influence, inspire and lead others
  • Good linguistic capabilities
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Excellent presence in presentation situations
  • IT literate especially MS-office especially Excel
