–          Medical background (pharmacist, veterinary, dentist, science or physician).

–          Management background (certificates and experience).

–          Worked in the pharmaceutical field for at least 4 years.

–          Presentation and negotiation skills.

–          Energetic, motivator and team worker.

–          Ability to work under stress.

–          Leadership and managerial skills.
